Application for Transfer

Submitted by the interested parties in accordance with the announcements of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs

Course exemption

Submitted by the student along with a transcript of records and the study guide of the originating Faculty.

Foreign language exemption

The student must submit a copy of the foreign language certificate for which exemption is requested. If submitted by the 3rd semester, the exemption is granted; otherwise, the foreign language course becomes compulsory in the 4th semester.

Suspension of studies

The student submits an application specifying the duration and the reasons.

Application for admission of degree holders

Submitted by interested candidates between November 1 and 15 of the current academic year, along with a copy of their degree.

Oral examination application

Submitted by the student along with the relevant certificate.

Undergraduate thesis assignment

The student fills in the fields above the Secretariat section and submits the application to the Secretariat. On the day of the defence, the form must be presented at the thesis presentation venue for grade entry.

DOATAP

Submitted by interested candidates along with a certificate issued by DOATAP.

Continuation of studies

At the end of the suspension period, the student must submit an application for continuation of studies.

New graduate application

Submitted by the student upon completion of studies during the February, June, or October graduation periods, along with a recent birth certificate and the relevant new graduate declaration form available on the Faculty website.
