Brief Biography
Sofia Kapellaki received her Dipl-Ing degree from the Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics Department of the Engineering School of the University of Patras in 2000 and her Dr.-Ing. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the NTUA in 2007. Her research interests include telecommunications software design and implementation, service engineering, middleware technologies, distributed systems, context-aware systems and services, security and privacy. She has publications in international journals, conferences and books related to these fields. She has participated in several National and European Union research projects.
