Paraskevi Tzouveli received her Dipl.-Ing., MSc and PhD degrees from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She is Senior Researcher at the Artificial Intelligence and Learning Systems Laboratory of the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering NTUA while she has been a member of this Laboratory since 2000. Since October 2017, she has served as a member of the laboratory teaching staff at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in the Division of Computer Science. Additionally, she has been involved in teaching within the Interdepartmental Program of Postgraduate Studies, specifically the Master’s Degree Program in "Data Science and Machine Learning" at NTUA, since 2018 . Her research interests lie in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, multimedia processing and human computer interaction. She has participated in more than 20 European and national research & development projects, as a researcher and senior researcher. She has co-authored more than 70 papers in referred international journals, conference proceedings and books. Since 2017, she has collaborated in co-supervising over 80 Diploma theses for both undergraduate and graduate NTUA's students. She is a reviewer for international scientific journals and conferences.
