Description
This course addresses the technical and managerial topics concerning effective and efficient information systems strategy formulation and management in corporations and organizations. The areas covered in the course are as follows: strategic information systems management, planning and designing e-government projects, e-business strategy formulation, IT project management, business process re-engineering and management, collaborative systems, knowledge management, issues in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems, collective intelligence systems and crowdsourcing approaches.
