Description
This course is mainly a laboratory course consisting of three (3) hours per week Laboratory exercises and one (1) hour per week theory. The purpose is to introduce to the students basic elements of telecommunications: signals and systems, spectral description of signals, noise, analog and digital modulation. During laboratory exercises the students are asked to design, build and measure a) Square wave generator, b) band pass filter and c) AM modulator.
