NTUA is #1 in Greece and at top 201-250 worldwide in Graduate Employability, according to QS Rankings


The National Technical University of Athens ranks #1 in Greece and at the top 201-250 universities worldwide in Graduate Employability, according to the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Rankings 2022.

The top 5 Universities are MIT, Stanford, UCLA, Univ. Sydney and Harvard. Among the top 20 are 5 European Universities, namely Oxford (#7), Cambridge (#11), Institut Polytechnique de Paris (#12) and UCL (#20).

Each institution’s score is comprised of five indicators (details in this link https://www.topuniversities.com/employability-rankings/methodology ) :

Employer reputation (30%), Alumni outcomes (25%), Partnerships with Employers per Faculty (25%), Employer/Student Connections (10%), Graduate employment rate (10%)

The rankings are based on over 75,000 responses to the QS Employer Survey and on the analysis of more than 40,000 of the world’s most innovative, creative, wealthy, entrepreneurial, and/or philanthropic individuals to establish which universities are producing world-changing individuals. This year’s ranking accounts for university collaborations with 2,000 top global companies, as listed by Fortune and Forbes.

Among the Greek Universities, the Athens University of Economics and Business and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens rank at 301-500 and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at 501+ .
