While COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the essential role that electricity plays in rural health care facilities, this brief describes 16 case studies and best practices of decentralized renewable solutions to quickly deliver sustainable, reliable power to rural health care facilities and offers a set of recommendations for international funding partners, philanthropies, etc.
