Workshop Recording Link @ National Technical University of Athens and Columbia Engineering
On November 2, 2021, the National Technical University of Athens and representatives from Columbia Engineering (NY, USA) jointly organized an online informational workshop addressed to NTUA students who were interested in learning more about studies at Columbia University at a graduate level.
The Rector of the NTUA, Professor Andreas Boudouvis, greeted the guests and was very supportive of this initiative.
On behalf of the NTUA, the event was coordinated by Michael Loulakis, Associate Professor at the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the NTUA. Gabrielle Gannon, Director of Graduate Admissions at Columbia Engineering, and Manolis Vlatakis, alumnus of ECE-NTUA and PhD student in Computer Science at Columbia, gave a brief overview of the MS and PhD graduate programs offered at Columbia University, specializing in areas of Engineering and Applied Maths, and offered information and some meaningful remarks on the application process.
The event was a great success with the participation of more than 250 students who gave positive feedback.
Following the great success of the event, both in terms of the number of participants and in terms of shared information, a recording of the workshop is made now available.
