Brief Biography


Antonis Gotsis received the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the ECE School of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (NTUA) in July 2002 and the Ph.D. degree in Wireless Communications in July 2010 from the same school. His thesis regarded Optimization Techniques for Radio Resource Management over Modern Broadband Wireless Access Networks. Since September 2002 he is with the Mobile Radio-Communications Laboratory of NTUA working as a research assistant in various industry and research oriented projects. He has 2 journal publications, 10 conference publications and is actively participating in the COST 2100 action “Pervasive Mobile & Ambient Wireless Communications”.

Research Interests

His research interests include Radio Resource Management for modern wireless systems, Coordination and Multi-Cell techniques for future LTE-Adv and WiMAX systems and Application of Optimization Techniques in Wireless Communications.
