Nikoleta Ilia is working as Laboratory Teaching Staff at the High Voltage Laboratory, Division of Electric Power, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at National Technical University of Athens since 2001. She obtained her diploma (1991) in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASETEM) / School of Professional and Technological Educators (SELETE) and her Master degree in Energy Systems (Renewable Energy Technologies) from the Heriot-Watt University and Piraeus University of Applied Sciences (2016).
She is participating in the educational procedure (configuration of experimental setups for the purposes of laboratory exercises and diploma theses, conduction and supervision of laboratory exercises, participation in the examination process) within the courses “Generation of High Voltages” and “Measurements and High Voltage Applications” of NTUA School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
She holds the position of Quality Manager in the NTUA High Voltage Service Providing Laboratory Unit, which is certified according to ELOT EN ISO 9001 (since 2000) and accredited according to ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025 (since 2008).
Since 1994, she is contributing in the ongoing research activities of the High Voltage Laboratory and participating in the conduction of technical tests, measurements and controls as well as in the evaluation of their results.
