Description
Basic physics and operating principles of Diodes, Bipolar and MOS transistors. DC operation, I-V and C-V characteristics, Small and Large-signal Models of Diodes, Bipolar and MOS Transistors. Basic circuits with p-n Diodes and Zener. Biasing, analysis and design of basic Amplifier circuits using Bipolar and MOS Transistors using transistors’ large and small signal models.
