Description
Introduction to CMOS and BiCMOS technologies. Small-signal models of semiconductor devices (MOS and bipolar transistors). Analog IC layout rules. Basic bias circuits in CMOS technologiew. Basic amplification cells. Design of CMOS operational amplifiers. Design of transconductor elements. Sample-and-hold circuits. A/D and D/A circuit design. Extensive usage of EDA tools throught the course.
