ECE-NTUA @ Google Hash Code 2019
On February 28, 2019, the School of Electrical And Computer Engineering of NTUA in collaboration with the IEEE NTUA SB will hold a hub for the needs of the preliminary-online- round of the Google Hash Code 2019 competition.
Google Hashcode is a team-based, coding competition held by Google since 2014. It is established among the top coding events with the highest standards. The contestant teams come from the best universities and companies across the globe and try to solve real-life challenging problems like best distributing the sources to a data center to guaranty its optimal performance. Those who manage to distinguish to the preliminary round are invited to Google central offices for the last stage of the event.
Students of ECE-NTUA have been participating in this event since its first year and they always have great support from the School and the IEEE NTUA SB. Many teams of ECE-NTUA have managed to place first in Greece and stand among the top at the European ranking. These achievements of the past years combined with the great experience of the competition keep our students motivated and willing to participate as the increasing number of contesting team indicates.
The event will be held at Classrooms nr. 3, 6 and 7 in the premises of ECE-NTUA.
