Description

Introduction to advanced analytical methods for solving classical electromagnetic problems (diffraction from a conducting half-plane, diffraction and radiation from open-ended waveguides, discontinuities in waveguides, etc.) with methods from the theory of integral equations in the framework of the Wiener-Hopf technique. For the development of these methods, the properties of the Fourier transform are studied in the complex plane of multi-valued complex functions.
